Twin Valley Food Pantry is a registered non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Charitable donations are tax deductible. Donations are applied directly to the purchase of food, operational resources, and administrative items. The TVFP is primarily a volunteer organization to include Board of Directors, Operations Directors, and over Eighty Volunteers. The organization does have one part time administrator. The TVFP purchases food from two regional food banks - Helping Harvest (Reading) and Central Pennsylvania Food Bank (Harrisburg). We also receive from Blessings of Hope (Lancaster). Other sources include local food drives and local charitable gardens.
